Painting Frida with a Mexican theme was great fun. Thank you for the tequila and OBS, Sulette.

    Painting an ostritch

It is a colourful ostritch, but was not easy at all.
I corrected a number of times the size of the head, , the eyes, the beak... however the end result looks really fine. Thank you Sulette for your patience and support.

We painted sunflowers for The Workshop.
Lots of people wanted to support the local theatre so we were a big group.
Sulette prepared everything well, canvasses, colour schemes, inspiration.
    And helping everyone!

The class was learning negative print painting. This technique had a few challenges and surprises, but fun in the end.

Yesterday evening we had a fun class painting on glass 3D.
Material well prepared, a whole inspiration map to browse through, and then step by step creating our own art.
Music and wine, lovely people, a positive vibe.
Whether you are an absolute begi ner - like me - or an experienced artist, there is room and challenge for everyone.
And... at the end of the evening, you can take your work home to show!

Bright flowers with gold, that was yesterdays workshop.
I love going to The Workshop, even when I am tired after a days work.
Instead of sitting in a couch, you get inspired by working with various colours, layer after layer. And when you think I'm done, Sulette comes up with tips for touch ups, so the flowers pop.
The Workshop is a welcoming space for everyone, beginners like nyself, included.
You go home with your own work.
    And hubby is happy!

The Workshop - A Creative Haven

The artists at The Workshop are more than ready to share their talents and tricks with you. This is not an ordinary art class, it’s an inspiring journey where you walk away with a piece you’ll be proud to hang on your wall.

I even sold a few of the paintings I first displayed in our BnB, something I could never have imagined before joining. I’m deeply grateful for how much The Workshop has inspired me and grown my artistic skills.

It’s three hours of pure joy, fun, and creativity. A space where art feels alive and accessible to everyone.

Absolutely love going to The Workshop. It is truly my happy place and the input we get from all the professionals makes one grow in leaps and bounds. Painting has become a big part of my life, without my weekly dose of paint and canvas, as well as the wonderful people you meet there, I will wilt like a flower without water. It is food for the soul

We enjoyed a lovely evening carving angels and making litho prints with Sanet.
She prepared the workshop with clear instructions and tips, and most of all plenty of inspiration.
In this end of the year season, we are reminded that angels are huge and are there to protect us.
